Thank you for choosing F360 Performance Parts. We want you to
be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure that the
transaction is to your satisfaction, please review our policies
regarding Orders, Payments, Shipping, Warranty and Privacy.
Orders and Payment Process: It is our objective
to provide the best possible security for your transaction.
When you complete your order on the Product Order Page, you
will submit your order to us without payment or payment details.
We will check the order for correctness and availability of
product. We will then return email your order with an access
code, which will connect you to a secure transaction gateway
with our bankers. You will then be asked to enter your Master
or Visa Card details for payment. We will not have access to
your payment details at any time.
We also accept payment in US$ or AU$ by Cheque, Money Order or Direct Debit Transfer. AU$ transactions only for goods delivered within Australia. Please note that cheques must be cleared before your order is processed.

Shipping: We will expedite all orders as quickly
as possible. Most items will be shipped out UPS, FedEx or DHL,
small items by Airmail. Shipping charges are included in the
price and cover mainland USA, delivered to your specified destination.
Customs clearance and duties or taxes payable on entry are the
responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us to inquire
regarding shipping costs to Europe and other destinations.
Back Orders: If due to demand, an item is not
in stock, we will still guarantee delivery within 30 days from
the date of receiving your order.
Damage Claims: All items are in new condition
at the time of dispatch, and are insured for full value. In
the event an item arrives damaged in transit or is lost in transit,
the claim will be issued direct from the carrier. All tracking
information is on file and will be issued to you on dispatch.
Contact your local UPS, FedEx or DHL customer service centre
for details.
Warranty: All items are warranted against manufacturing
defects. If our products are altered or modified in any way,
this will void the warranty.
Returns/Exchange: In the unlikely event that
you need to return a product under warranty, the item(s) will
be replaced free of charge and return shipping costs will be
refunded.
Privacy: We are committed to serving our clients.
We respect and protect the privacy of the personal information
of individuals with whom we deal. We will not disclose your
email address or any other personal information provided by
you to us to any third party and will only use your information
for the purpose it was originally intended, to transact our
